How grateful I was to receive a heap of tinsel leftover from a big shiny party and have the opportunity to upcycle it into this one-of-a-kind twin set!
This piece features an adjustable ribbon waist hoop skirt (so a free size) and the jacket will be made to order from my stash of donated 2nd hand (clean!) tinsel. Please just leave note at checkout as to the jacket sizing you would like to pair with this skirt.
