Apomogy

Apomogy is a community art project about saying sorry with a pom pom. Launched in 2015 and active until 2019, the project featured thousands of submissions of anonymous apology from around the world.

Apomogy has been exhibited in intimate gallery spaces around Australia, including Adderton’s Mini Mercy (2019), The Redlands Art Gallery ( 2018), Enough Space ( 2017). and at GAFFA (2016).

A limited run of Apomogy zines was published in 2017, featuring contributions inspired by the concept of apology from independent artists across the world.

Apomogy is currently on hiatus for now, but may return again one day…stay tuned!

In 2018,  the first Apomogy zine was released featuring works created by artists from a range of disciplines who have used the project for creative stimulus.

In 2017 I completed a TEDx Talk on the project which can be viewed here.
